You can find LightAct Runtime actor in the Place Actors window in its separate category.

Drag and drop it into the scene.

Setting the Properties of LightAct Runtime Actor

LightAct Runtime, as long as it's in the level, will pass the performance and project data to LightAct by itself, so you don't need to manually change anything.

The only thing you need to adjust is to select MI_TimecodeOverlay material instance as the Timecode Overlay Material.
